The word which i believe shows your true color.. Well am i here for some lecture...??
I am updating my blog after a verrrrrrrrrrry looooong time with so many struggles of what is the next topic??
I dunno why i made up my mind to write this topic after so many thoughts.. I guess i have learnt who I am now only.. Identified the ME inside...!!
I came up with this quote at the cinderella hours and then decided this is gonna be my next topic for blog... And here goes that quote.. "Living on earth is tough and expensive only; But it does include a free trip around the sun every year.. Life is all about Attitude; So live life to its fullest..!! "
So that statement makes it very clear what life is all about.. Simply, it is how we look at it...!
I have been looking at a very different angle all this time until i sat under the bodhi tree to change so drastically.. If you had asked about me to my friends a few months back.. they would have given a very worrying picture.. cos i always found lonely, mood off, anger, deeply upset and everything.. almost on the verge of a big depression.. one foot more and i would have fallen into it...!!
But now.. I am chirpy, happy, jumping around, smiling even when the worst things happen.. I am myself loving so much nowadays..!! to be truthful i should have been much more depressed now only.. Leaving the job, dunno what next, family pressures on "settling down"(or marrying).. Life should have been like entering a dark tunnel with no signs of light and end...!! But still i find myself happy each moment.. no regrets for anything... ready to face any new obstacles and handle it as some new exciting adventure...!!
I really dunno what brought this change and even bother to think about it.. whosoever or whatever it is.. A big heartfelt thanks...!! I never life had so beautiful shades and even feel bad that i had missed all it all these days.. blocking myself from those beauties..
I am not gonna advice anybody here.. but some few tips to those who feel life is so monotous and there is nothing interesting in it.. there is no use of me being here and all..
life was awful for me even... it took the most unexpected twists and turns.. some of them were totally out of my hands to control.. i felt dreadful about life.. was even pushed to the extent of "self immolation or simply suicide".. i started even planning deeply about them than living on this stupid world... But luckily, it was my friends again who stopped me then... if only i would have done that i wouldn't been enjoying life like now or would have been at hospital if only the attempt was a failure just like me...!! Yeah, i was a loser all these days.. Dint understand the true meaning all this time.. was searching for something which doesn't exist only,..!!
guys... the moment we came to earth the countdown of our death is started.. then why do we have finish it earlier that the dead time...! why are always in a hurry... to finish it earlier than the stipulated time.. why has life always become a race.. chasing behind something or other.. sometimes it is money, love, greed, job, affection, girl friend, revenge, time or worst case it is death...!!
one moment.. live for yourself, smile at an unknown person, dance along with the first drops of rain that fall on the earth, play with the smallest kid in your family and lose the game with them, try out a new dish on the menu card and enjoy every taste on it.. after all life is also like that only... has so many different hues and shades.. yet it remains new and afresh... we are sure of this one life only.. you are not guaranteed for same parents, same friends, same lover next birth also... Infact we are not even sure of next birth then worry on this very precious birth.. load it with so many worries... Take a change and give a right ATTITUDE to life.. it brings miracles to your life...!!

Your blog brought me the memory of an old... but very favorite quote.. and also an old.. much liked poem...

and then, there is a poem called Psalm of life:

I think the above two quotes - by two very different people summarise our very existence...
Sometimes, a great sorrow to us , something as simple as being friendless, or having no one to lean on when we want to or need them... seems like the end of the world... Though the reality is that there ARE people, there ARE friends who love us whole-heartedly, but who are just beyond our reach. And this sorrow of being unwanted, or friendless when coupled with thousands of other minor worries whether temporary or permanent makes one feel terrible!!! So terrible that we do not realize that there are worse problems in life...
The truth is "Life is real! LIfe is earnest! and the grave is not its goal" There is a purpose to everything... and if in a day or a week ... if there is just one single thing we can do that we enjoy or that makes us smile... that itself is utilization of this gift called life.
Ya.. I know Sails.. GOK what made me have such a realization but i'm happy now that i dint do any such stupid thing.

ReplyDeletehi pavi attitude u r true everybdy goes through it but how u handle the pressure situation is the difference. when we were born our death also decided then why should finish it early. i tell u when periappa breathed last, sudhan was after me not leaving alone i told him hi i won't end my life don't be afraid 'coz i am not a coward i 've no right to end early it should be only by god & i'll leave when my time comes don't be afraid so im still here u be haappy u realised for good at right time o.k.
